WE RECENTLY SUBMITTED OUR FINAL PLAN BACK IN AUGUST, AND THEN SINCE THAT TIME WE'VE BEEN WORKING THROUGH THIRD PARTY PERMITTING.

UH, WE ALSO HAD TO PROCEED WITH SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL FOR SOME, UH, BASINS WITHIN THE STEEP SLOPES, WHICH WE RECEIVED.

AND THEN WE WERE WORKING THROUGH VARIOUS REVIEW LETTER COMMENTS FROM THE TOWNSHIP ENGINEER.

WE HAVE RESUBMITTED THE PLANS, AND WE RECENTLY RECEIVED, UH, A RECENT REVIEW LETTER FROM THE TOWNSHIP ENGINEER.

OUR CONSULTANTS HAVE BEEN, UM, ACTIVELY WORKING DIRECTLY WITH, WITH YOUR ENGINEERS, AND WE BELIEVE THE COMMENTS ARE ALL ESSENTIALLY WILL COMPLIES.

UM, YOU KNOW, SOME OF THEM REQUIRE SOME MORE, YOU KNOW, WORKING OUT SOME OF THE DETAILS.

BUT BASICALLY WE THINK THE PLAN IS IN A PRETTY GOOD SHAPE, UM, TO MOVE FORWARD.

WE'RE HERE TO ANSWER ANY OF YOUR QUESTIONS.

THERE IS ONE ADDITIONAL WAIVER FROM WHAT YOU PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED AT THE TIME OF PRELIMINARY PLAN APPROVAL, UH, THAT IS NECESSITATED BY SOME CHANGES THAT WERE MADE TO THE PLAN.

SO I CAN HAVE OUR ENGINEER GO THROUGH, UM, TALK ABOUT THAT WAIVER.

UM, AND THAT AT THE INTERSECTION WE HAD A WAIVER TO GO 8% AT THIS INTERSECTION, AND ROAD B IS, IS FLAT ENOUGH.

UH, IT'S A STOP INTERSECTION.

ROAD A IS A THROUGH INTERSECTION, BUT 8% WASN'T ENOUGH UNFORTUNATELY.

AS WE GOT FURTHER INTO DESIGN, FURTHER INTO THE EARTHWORK NUMBERS, WE REALIZED WE NEED TO BRING THIS ROAD ROAD A UP A LITTLE BIT HIGHER.

SO WE WERE ASKING FOR THE WAVE OF UP TO NINE, 9.5% FOR THIS SLOPE, UH, AT THE INTERSECTION.
