UH, IT, IT LIMITED US AS TO THE SIZE OF THE LOT THAT WE COULD GET THERE.

UH, AND THE CONCERN, I BELIEVE WAS WITH REGARD TO, UH, TO, TO THE TOWNSHIP PLOW TRUCKS AND, AND ACCESS, UH, BACK TO, BACK TO THE LOT.

UH, SO CURRENTLY IT IS A, UH, IT, IT'S A, A GRAVEL, UH, ROAD, UH, THAT, THAT GOES BACK.

UH, THERE'S A, A GRAVEL DRIVEWAY THAT, THAT SERVES THE, THE MAINTENANCE BUILDINGS.

UH, THE INTENT WOULD BE TO PUT AN EASEMENT ON THAT DRIVEWAY THAT WOULD, THAT WOULD THEN, THEN USE, UH, YOU KNOW, BE, BE USED TO ACCESS TO DWELLING, UH, AS WELL AS CONTINUED, UH, TO USE THE, OR, UH, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE BUILDINGS.
