BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER OF THIS YEAR, IT'LL BE ADVERTISED FOR THREE.

THEY COMMENT PERIOD BEGINNING SOMETIME IN OCTOBER AND CONCLUDE IT IN NOVEMBER.

ADOPTION OF THE PLAN WILL BE IN NOVEMBER BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, AND THEN SUBMIT THE PLAN TO PID WITH P BY THE END OF NOVEMBER AND AWAIT THE STEAL BACK.

UH, TECHNICAL SUPPORT GRANT, UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND NEAR MENTAL FINANCE CENTER, UH, WANTED TO UPDATE THE BOARD.

UH, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE GRANT THROUGH THE, UM, IT'S CALLED THE ENVIRONMENTAL FINANCE CENTER, UH, FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND.

UH, THIS IS, UH, AN AFFILIATION WITH THE URBAN, UM, WITH THE AMERICAN RIVERS ASSOCIATION.

UH, I KNOW THAT OUR PUBLIC, UH, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AND ALSO, UM, JEN GOT SHAWL.

OUR TOWNSHIP ENGINEER FROM GILMORE HAS BEEN ATTENDING SOME STORMWATER EDUCATION WORKSHOPS THAT HAVE BEEN SPONSORED BY THE AMERICAN RIVERS COUNCIL.

AND AS YOU KNOW, WE'VE KIND OF HIT A, UM, WE WE'VE HIT A, UM, KIND OF HIT A PAUSE ON TRYING TO FIND THE BEST ROUTE FORWARD ON THE FORMULATION OF OUR, UM, STORMWATER, UH, UH, STORMWATER FEE PROGRAM.

UH, WE'VE DONE SOME HOMEWORK.

I THINK WE'VE REPORTED IN PRIOR MEETINGS.

WE'VE HAD MEETINGS WITH DAIRY TOWNSHIP AND, UH, AND WESTCHESTER, UH, TO, UH, THOSE ARE THE TWO PROMINENT, UM, UH, AUTHORITIES HAVE THAT HAVE, UM, IMPLEMENTED THE STORM WATER PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

WE'VE GOTTEN, UH, KIND OF A, THE PROS AND CONS OF, UH, SOME OF THE PROGRAMS, UH, AS FAR AS THE, UH, THE COLLECTION AND THE STORMWATER CREDIT PROGRAM.

UH THAT'S AND SOME OF THOSE PROGRAMS. AND WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO IS FIND THE BEST MEANS OF DOING A STORMWATER CREDIT PROGRAM WITHOUT HAVING TO DRAIN A LOT OF REQUIRING A LOT OF IN-HOUSE LABOR TO DO THE, UM, FEE COLLECTION THAT WE, WE FOUND THAT,

UM, I THINK JEN REPORTED THAT, UH, UH, THE, UH, STORMWATER, UH, ADMINISTRATOR AND DAIRY TOWNSHIP, A GOOD PORTION OF THE FEES THAT THEY COLLECT GOES TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THAT.

I THINK SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 30 AND 40%, WE THOUGHT THAT WAS KIND OF EXCESSIVE.

AND, UH, WE'VE ALSO HAD SOME DISCUSSIONS WITH WESTCHESTER BOROUGH, AND I THINK WE'VE ALSO SAID THAT, UH, THERE'S SOME LITIGATION, UM, THAT'S CAUSED US TO KIND OF SLOW WALK THIS A LITTLE BIT TO SEE HOW THAT WORKS OUT.

AS FAR AS SOME OF THE LITIGATION AGAINST A WESTCHESTER AND JOE, YOU SENT ME SOME EMAIL THAT THERE'S SOME OTHER LITIGATION GOING ON THERE.

THE, UM, I HAD REPORTED BEFORE THAT THERE WAS A CASE PENDING BETWEEN WESTCHESTER AND THE UNIVERSITY THROUGH THE STATE EDUCATION SYSTEM.

STATE EDUCATION SYSTEM IS SAYING WE'RE, WE'RE A TAX EXEMPT ENTITY.

AND WHAT YOU'RE IMPOSING IS NOT A FEE IT'S REALLY, SO THEY'RE FIGHTING OVER WHETHER IT'S A FEAR ATTACKS.

UM, I EAT SWAPPED EMAILS WITH ONE OF THE LAWYERS WHO'S INVOLVED IN THAT CASE YESTERDAY TWO DAYS AGO, OR LOSING TRACK OF MY DAYS HERE.

BUT, UM, SHE SAID THAT THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO ARGUE WHAT ARE CALLED SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTIONS IN SEPTEMBER, WHICH MEANS BOTH SIDES ARE GOING BEFORE THE COURT TO SAY, THE EVIDENCE IS SO CLEAR IN OUR FAVOR THAT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO TO TRIAL.

YOU CAN RULE NOW AND NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH A FULL TRIAL.

AND SO THAT ARE THE ARGUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THAT ARE BEING MADE IN SEPTEMBER.

AND THEN MEANWHILE, WHAT I HAD HAD MENTIONED TO TIM WAS, UM, CLARION, UH, BOROUGH.

I THINK IT IS SAME SITUATION.

THEY NOW HAVE REFUSED THIS, THE UNIVERSITY THAT'S THERE IN THEIR TOWN HAS REFUSED BORROWING OFF OF THE WESTCHESTER SITUATION.

SO ANY OF THE STATE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM SCHOOLS THAT GET CHARGED, THIS ARE GOING TO JOIN IN, I GUESS UNTIL LAWSUIT WILL GET BIGGER, BUT ALL PROBABLY HAVE SOMETHING TO REPORT BACK ON THE, UH, ARGUMENTS ON THE WESTCHESTER CASE.

BY THE NEXT TIME WE MEET, I WOULD THINK.

AND AS WE MONITOR THAT CASE, WE'RE CONTINUING TO DO OUR HOMEWORK ON TRYING TO FIND, UM, WE'RE MOVING FORWARD AS IF WE'RE DOING THIS FEE, BUT WE'RE TRYING TO FIND THE, THE MOST ECONOMICALLY MOST ECONOMICAL WAY OF ENFORCING, UH, OF DOING THE FEE WITHOUT HAVING TO, UM, SPEND A LOT OF STAFF TIME TO DO THE CREDITS, UH, ONE TOWNSHIP THAT WE'RE, UM, LOOKING AT THAT WE'RE STARTING TO, UH, FOCUS A LITTLE BIT MORE ON IS BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP.

UH, THEY'RE ONE OF THE, A FEW TOWNSHIPS THAT HAVE, UM, ARE TRYING TO WORK OUT AN ARRANGEMENT WITH BILL, UH, BERKHEIMER ASSOCIATES PER CONGRESS, THE SAME COMPANY THAT DOES OUR SEWER FEE, UH, COLLECTION.

AND WE'RE, WE THINK IT WILL PROBABLY BE A LITTLE BIT MORE TRANSPARENT IF WE CAN GET SOME SYSTEM IN PLACE AND GET A STORMWATER CREDIT PROGRAM THAT'S EASILY, UM, IMPLEMENTABLE.

WHAT WE'RE FINDING OUT LIKE THE DAIRY TOWNSHIP STORMWATER CREDIT PROGRAM IS LIKE 30, SOME 30 SOME PAGES.

UM, THE ONE IN WESTCHESTER IS EQUALLY, UM, ONEROUS.

WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO IS MAYBE FIND A MORE SIMPLIFIED, UM, STRUCTURE IN THE WAY WE CAN.

UM, WE CAN, UM, MAYBE DO A TIER ONE OR A TIER TWO OR TIER THREE, UM, AND MAKE THE, UM, MAKE THE, UM, CREDIT PROGRAM A LITTLE LESS HONORS CAUSE EVEN IN THE TOWNS, WE'RE FINDING OUT EVEN IN DAIRY WHERE THEY HAVE THE PROGRAM, ONLY 10% OF THE RESIDENTS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CREDIT PROGRAM.

SO I THINK WE'RE TRYING TO GET MORE RESIDENTIAL, UH, PARTICIPATION THAT MAY BE SOMEWHAT TO THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T THOSE TOWNS THAT DON'T DO THE BEST IN TERMS OF EDUCATING THE PUBLIC.

SO WE'RE, WE'RE TRYING TO THINK THERE'S A COMBINATION OF PUBLIC EDUCATION AND, UM, AND, UM, THE WAY THE PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES ARE STRUCTURED.

SO, UH, TIM, THE, UM, IT WOULD SEEM THAT THE DOLLARS ARE FAIRLY MINIMAL, I WOULD THINK, OR WE'RE TALKING ABOUT AS FAR AS INDIVIDUALS GO, THE CREDIT PROGRAM, THE MAIN, THANK JOSH IS JOSH HAGADORN IS NOT HERE, BUT I THINK HIS FIRST AERIAL VIEW WAS BASED.

UH, I THINK THE, THE NUMBER THAT WE CAME UP WITH WAS AN AVERAGE OF ABOUT 52, 50 $2, UM, FOR RESONANT, THAT DEPENDS ON WHAT THE AMOUNT OF ER USE WOULD BE BASED ON THEIR SCORE, UM, THAT WE'RE FINDING THAT THAT MAP PROBABLY NEEDS TO BE REVISED, UH, UH, A BIT BECAUSE, UM, THE, THE MAP THAT JOSH HAD PUT TOGETHER DID NOT INCLUDE TOWNSHIP FACILITIES.

I THINK, UM, I THINK WE, THIS BASED ON WHAT WE'VE SEEN IS THAT THE TOWNSHIP'S MUNICIPAL, THE FACILITIES HAVE TO BE PART OF THAT SUITE.

WE CAN'T CHARGE OTHERS, BUT NOT CHARGE CHARGE OURSELVES.

AND I THINK WE RAN INTO SOME ISSUES.

WE DON'T WHAT WE'RE FINDING AT SOME OF THE OTHER TOWNS DON'T ASSESS A FEE FOR, UM, IMPERVIOUS COVERAGE AS FAR AS TRAILS.

AND SO I THINK THAT'S BEEN

AND, UM, AND W UH, THE LADY THAT WE'RE WORKING WITH, UH, WE, UH, JEN AND I HAD OUR FIRST KICKOFF MEETING WITH, UM, UM, JEN CUTTING, UH, FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND'S ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER, THAT'S WORKING WITH US.

AND, UH, THEY HAD, WE'RE, WE'RE TRYING TO FIND A WAY WHERE, UH, TRYING TO FIND WHERE THEIR TECHNICAL SERVICES WOULD BE OF BEST USE.

AND WE'RE KIND OF HONING IN ON TRYING TO FIND, UM, A MORE SIMPLIFIED, UH, STORMWATER FEE PROGRAM.

SO THEY'RE GOING TO BE FOCUSING WITH US ON THAT AND ALSO WORKING OUT, UM, UH, TOUCHING BASE WITH THE OFFICIALS FROM BETHLEHEM TO BERKHEIMER TO SEE HOW THIS CAN BE MORE TRANSPARENTLY INCLUDED IN OUR BURKHEIMER BILLING.

SO, UM, I THINK OUR NEXT MEETING IS IN OCTOBER.

UM, WE'RE STARTING OUR BUDGET SEASON WITH THE DEPARTMENT HEADS AND THE CAPITAL BUDGETS, UM, AND AUGUST.

AND, UM, UM, WE SHOULD PROBABLY HAVE MORE INFORMATION WITH YOU FOR YOU.

UM, IN OCTOBER, OUR GOAL WAS TO TRY TO GET THIS FEE IN PLACE, UM, UH, AS EARLY AS, UM, TARGETING IT FOR 2023, AND WE'LL SEE WHERE THAT GOES.

AND A LOT OF IT HAS TO DO WITH, UM, WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE, IN THE COURT OR IT'S.

SO THAT'S AN UPDATE, UH, JOE, DO YOU THINK THAT, UH, THIS WILL DRAG ON THESE SUITS DRAG ON MORE THAN, YEAH, BUT REALLY ONLY LOOKING AT THE INITIAL RULING FOR GUIDANCE, IT DOES NOT UNDO WHAT WE'RE DOING.

IT'S JUST A MATTER OF WHICH WAY WE DO IT, BECAUSE FOR ONE THING, UM, WESTCHESTER'S A BOROUGH.

THEY DON'T HAVE THE SAME LANGUAGE WE HAVE AS A SECOND CLASS TOWN.

WE CAN EITHER DO IT AS A TAX OR A FEE.

WE EITHER DO IT AS THE TOWNSHIP, OR WE DO IT AS THE AUTHORITY.

SO WE WILL BE OKAY EITHER WAY.

WHEREAS IN THE BOROUGHS, IF IT'S ATTACKS THEY'RE DONE, THEY DON'T HAVE THE EXTRA OPTION BECAUSE THAT LANGUAGE, WHEN THE SECOND CLASS TOWNSHIP'S GOT THAT ADVANTAGEOUS LANGUAGE ADDED, THE FIRST CLASS TOWNSHIPS AND THE BOROUGHS GOT DROPPED OUT DURING THE DEAL MAKING PROCESS.

SO IT'S MORE CRITICAL FOR THEM, BUT IT WILL BE, IT'LL BE IMPORTANT FOR US IN TERMS OF HOW WE PUT THIS TOGETHER, BUT IT WON'T BLOCK US AND JOE, JEN, UH, JEN, JEN'S NOT HERE, BUT I THINK SHE ALSO NOTED, UM, I DON'T KNOW, FOUND THIS OUT IN YOUR DISCUSSIONS WITH, I GUESS, ONE OF THE WESTCHESTER'S ARGUMENTS AND MAYBE CLARION'S ARGUMENTS IS THAT THEY HAVE THEIR OWN, SEPARATE FROM THE TOWN.

AND I GUESS THEY'RE GIVING THAT W THAT'S ANOTHER, IT IS ONE THAT IS AN ARGUMENT IN THE WESTCHESTER CASE.

ATTENDEE RUNS SENATOR SEWER PROJECT.

THE CONTRACTOR HAS APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET OF EIGHT INCH PIPE AND FOUR MAN HOLES TO INSTALL.

AND THEN THE MAIN IS COMPLETE.

HE THEN DROPS BACK AND WE'LL TIE IN THE LATERALS ALONG FRUIT FARM ROAD, WHICH IS 30 OF THEM.

THE ESTIMATES WILL BE DONE BY THE END OF AUGUST.

AND THEN THE PAVING CREW HAS TO COME BACK IN TO DO THE FINAL TRENCH RESTORATION AND PAVED THE ROAD.

SO PROBABLY BY THE TIME WE MEET IN OCTOBER, WE MAY BE FULLY COMPLETED WITH THAT PROJECT OR THE ON SCHEDULE AND A SCHEDULE THEY'RE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, BECAUSE I THINK THEY HAD A YEAR TO DO THE JOB WHEN IT STARTED IN JANUARY THIS YEAR.

SO IS THERE A, JUST AN ASIDE, IS THERE AN INCENTIVE FOR THEM? UM, NO, THERE'S NO INCENTIVE.

AND WE RECENTLY HAD TO CHANGE ORDERS ON THE JOB.

ONE WAS FOR THE ESCALATION CAUSE FOR PAVEMENT DUE TO THE EXCALATION OF OIL PRICES AND STUFF LIKE THAT, THAT WAS A $14,000 CHANGE ORDER OR SOMEWHERE AROUND THERE.

AND THEN WE HAD A COVERT THAT WAS IMPROVED FORM ROAD THAT NEEDED SOME REPAIR THAT THEY'RE GOING TO DO FOR US.

AND THAT WAS ANOTHER $34,000 CHANGE ORDER THAT RUNS WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE.

SO JUST ADDED IT TO THIS CONTRACT.

WE ARE READY TO GO OUT TO BID ON THAT, EXCEPT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR TILL WE GET OUR PENN DOT PERMIT, WHICH IS BEING APPLIED FOR.

AND ONCE WE GET THAT, WE'LL GO OUT TO BID, BUT, AND DOT TAKES THEIR TIME TO REVIEW THINGS AND GET BACK TO US.

SO THE GUMTREE ROAD, STORM WATER CULVERT REPLACEMENT.

IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING

THAT THE EASEMENTS ARE BACK IN THE TOWNSHIP'S HAND.

ONCE THE EASEMENTS ARE SIGNED BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS, WE WILL GO OUT TO BID ON THAT PROJECT.

SO WE'RE WAITING ON SIGNED EASEMENTS, THE TOWNSHIP LINE ROAD, SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION.

WE HAVE, WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FINISHING UP THE LAST EASEMENT.

ONCE WE GET THOSE EASEMENTS, WE'RE GOING TO TURN IT OVER TO THE TOWNSHIP, TO MEET WITH THE RESIDENTS, TO GET THEM SIGNED.

WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH PENN DOT THERE TO GET A CONSTRUCTION ACCESS EASEMENT OFF OF TOWNSHIP LINE ROAD.

THAT'S THE ONLY WAY WE CAN GET IN THERE BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO BE HAULING MATERIAL AND STUFF ALL THROUGH THE SHOPPING CENTER.

WE'RE GOING TO COME OFF A TOWNSHIP LINE ROAD.

SO WE NEED A PERMIT THERE.

OH, ONCE WE GOT THAT PERMIT AND GET THE EASEMENT SIGN, WE'LL BE ABLE TO GO OUT TO BID THERE.

AND THEN THE KEOKUK OUT FOR A PROJECT I'M TRYING TO SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH OUR STRUCTURAL DEPARTMENT AT COLEMAN ASSOCIATES AND THE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC WORKS TO LOOK AT THAT HEADWALL AND GET OPTIONS ON REPLACING IT BECAUSE IT'S IN BAD SHAPE.

IT'S FALLING INTO THE CREEK AND THAT'S ALL I HAVE FOR THOSE PROJECTS.

OH, OR POKEMON VALLEY? REGIONAL SHORE AUTHORITY.

THE CONTRACTOR THERE HAS FOR THE MAIN INTERCEPTOR, HE HAS APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET TO CONNECT TO PIPE, TO CONNECT YOU DEN END PIECE OF PIPE, WHERE THE EXISTING MAIN GOES THROUGH.

THEY HAVE TO PUMP IT OUT AND CUT THE OLD PIPE OUT, MAKE A CONNECTION.

AND THEN THERE'S A CONNECTION FROM LOWER PROVIDENCE, A CONNECTION FROM PFIZER AND THE CONNECTION OF THE NORMAL RUN BACK TO THE, FROM THE OLD TO THE NEW.

AND THEN THAT LINE IS IN SERVICE.

AND THE OLD LINE IS OUT OF SERVICE AND ALL THAT.

THEY'LL HAVE A LONG TIME TO GET RESTORATION COMPLETED AND CONSERVATION SIGN THE NOTICE OF TERMINATION BEFORE ONLY DONE.

BUT THE PIPE WILL PROBABLY BE IN OPERATION BY THE END OF THIS MONTH.

THAT, THAT SCHEDULE ALSO THAT'S NOEL.

WE'VE HAD TO GIVE THEM A FEW EXTENSIONS BECAUSE OF HURDLES AND EAGLES AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

BUT THEY ARE NOT THERE.

THEY'RE A LITTLE BIT BEHIND SCHEDULE BECAUSE OF STUFF LIKE THAT AND BECAUSE OF ROCK AND THINGS LIKE THAT, BUT WERE THERE WORKING WITH US AND WERE, WERE THE AUTHORITIES WORKING WITH THEM? SO OUTSIDE ONE OTHER UPDATE REGARDING REGIONAL, NOT RELATED TO WHAT MIKE WAS TALKING ABOUT, BUT I DID GET A LETTER.

THE TOWNSHIP GOT A LETTER FROM THE REGIONAL, FROM THEIR ATTORNEY BY BRAND, UH, THE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES ACT, WHICH IS THE LAW THAT MAIN LAW THAT GOVERNS HOW AUTHORITIES OPERATE, HAD A CHANGE TO IT LAST YEAR, WHERE IF YOU HAVE A BUILDING THAT HAS FIVE OR MORE RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN IT, BUT YOU'RE RUNNING OFF OF ONE LINE, ONE METER, UM, YOU'RE, IF YOU CAN SHOW THROUGH ANECDOTAL BILLING THAT YOUR ACTUAL USAGE IS NOT, WHAT YOU'VE BEEN CHARGED IS IS IF THERE'S A DIFFERENCE.

I THINK IT'S OF 10%.

YOU CAN GET YOUR BILLING READJUSTED AND A CUSTOMER IN A LOWER PROV IS, HAS MADE THAT HAS NOW COME FORWARD AND FORMERLY MADE A DEMAND FOR AN ADJUSTMENT UNDER, UNDER THAT NEW SECTION.

AND THE POINT OF THE LETTER TO THE TOWNSHIP WAS, YOU KNOW, EACH TOWNSHIP BUYS BLOCK AMOUNT THAT YOU CAN SEND TO THE REGIONAL PLANT, BUT THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

UM, SO WE HAD OUR FIRST MEETING A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS JULY 20TH.

UM, WE, UH, REALLY, IT WAS LIKE A MEET AND GREET.

UM, THERE, THERE WERE A COUPLE OF AUDIENCE PARTICIPANTS THAT, UM, UM, SO THEY, THEY, YOU KNOW, THEY HAD SOME IDEAS FOR US AND, UH, THINGS THAT THEY WANTED, BUT I'M REALLY EXCITED.

IT WAS MORE OF A MEET AND GREET THAN ANYTHING.

UH, AND OUR NEXT MEETING PRIOR TO OUR NEXT MEETING, UM, JEFF GRACE IS GOING TO SEND OUT SOME ORDINANCE, UM, GRANTS, UH, BEST PRACTICES, THAT KIND OF STUFF WE'RE GOING TO REVIEW.

AND I REALLY TAKE IT OFF NEXT, NEXT MONTH.

I THINK THERE'LL BE, UM, PARALLELS WITH GACY THAT, UH, THE DEP AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ARE COMING OUT WITH A LOT OF, AND HE'S FOUR TOWNS TO, UM, IT, THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN PLACE.

AND WE'RE GETTING A EDUCATION AND THE VARIOUS TYPES OF CHARGING STATIONS, THERE'S LEVEL ONE LEVEL TWOS, AND THEN THERE'S SUPERCHARGERS.

AND THE PRICE ON THAT.

SOME OF THESE ARGUMENTS HAVE THE LOW, THE LOW, UM, ON A THOUSAND DOLLARS THAT CAN TAKE SEVERAL HOURS TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE.

THEN YOU HAVE A LEVEL, A LEVEL TWO THAT'S UPWARDS TO $300,000.

AND THEN IF YOU WANT TO GET THE SUPERCHARGER, YOU'RE GETTING UP, IT'S CRAZY HOW IT IS.

UM, I THINK EVERYBODY WANTS TO GET AN ELECTRIC CAR, BUT YOU ALSO WANT TO BE ABLE TO GET THE, BE ABLE TO CHARGE YOUR CAR, THESE AND ON THE BUDGET PREP.

I THINK I, UH, WE'RE GOING TO BE HAVING OUR WORKSHOPS ON AUGUST.

I THINK WE HAVE SOME STORMWATER PROJECTS THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT.

I THINK ONE OF THEM IS THE OUTFALL PROJECT THAT WE DISCUSSED.

AND, UM, I THINK ONE THING THAT WE CAN DO WITH THE STORMWATER FEE, UH, IS, UM, AS WE DO, UH, OUR, UM, ROAD PROJECTS IS I THINK 20% OF THE ROAD PROJECTS TYPICALLY HAVE STORMWATER CONTROL MECHANISMS. SO I THINK SOME OF THAT, UM, SOME OF THOSE MONIES CAN GO TO UNDERWRITE.

SOME OF OUR, UM, INFRASTRUCTURE COSTS WHEN IT COMES TO ROAD PROJECTS.

SO WE'LL HAVE A LITTLE BIT MORE INFORMATION ON THAT AT OUR OCTOBER, AT OUR OCTOBER MEETING, ANY FURTHER DISCUSSIONS, QUESTIONS, ITEMS THAT ANYONE LIKES TO THINK, TALK ABOUT.
