THEY WOULD JUST LIKE TO CREATE THE NEW LOT.

UH, THE ZONING HERE IS ONE ACRE MINIMUM.

THIS THOUGHT IS ABOUT FOUR ACRES.

UH, THE NEW LOT IS ABOUT THREE QUARTERS OF AN ACRE.

SO WE DID HAVE TO GO TO THE ZONING HEARING BOARD AND GET APPROVAL FOR, FOR THAT LOT AREA, WHICH WE DID RECEIVE.

UM, AND SO I THINK IT'S PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD WITH THAT.

UH, WE DO HAVE REVIEW LETTERS FROM BOTH MCMAHON AND GILMORE THAT I'M HAPPY TO GO THROUGH.

UH, THEY'RE BASICALLY ALL EITHER WILL COMPLY ITEMS OR JUST COMMENTS THAT I COULD GO THROUGH ONE BY ONE, IF YOU'D LIKE, OR, OH, THAT'S JUST SOMETHING WE HAVE QUESTIONS ON OR YOU SOMETHING YOU SPECIFICALLY WANT TO POINT OUT WHAT THE QUEER, SO IT IS SIMPLE.

IT IS BASICALLY CLEAN.

UM, OUR BIGGEST CONCERN IS WHAT WE NOTED IN THE LETTER, JUST DESIGNATING WHERE THE UTILITIES ARE GOING TO BE PUBLIC, WATER AND SEWER.

AND THEN AS FAR AS THE GAS LINE THAT'S SHOWN IS EXISTING ON THE SMALLER LOT THAT YOU'RE CREATING.

JUST VERIFY WHAT THAT EASEMENT IS.

WE DON'T WANT YOU TO CREATE A LOT.

THAT'S NOT BUILDABLE BECAUSE THE EASEMENT IS SO BIG.

SO IS IT 10 FEET? IS IT 75 FEET? THAT'S REALLY OUR ONLY ISSUE.

THEY GOT THE PLAN FROM THE UTILITY COMPANY, WHICH ACTUALLY SHOWED THAT THE LINE KIND OF RUNNING THROUGH THE NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY INSTEAD, BUT OUT AT THE SITE, THEY NOTED THOSE, UH, LIKE PYLONS TO SEE WHERE THEY ARE.

UM, SO I'LL SEE IF WE CAN GET A COPY OF THE TITLE REPORT, WHICH WOULD HOPEFULLY SHOW MORE INFORMATION ON THAT EVENING.

SO WHAT IS HOPWOOD ROAD AGAIN? WHAT ARE THEY COMING IN FOR THE TOWNHOUSES ALONG HOPWOOD ROAD? WE HAVE, WE'VE SEEN CONCEPT PLANS EARLY ON.

GALMAN, THEY'VE BEEN WORKING THROUGH SOME INTERNAL ISSUES ABOUT THE, THE LAYOUT AND THE DESIGN.

IT'S TAKEN THEM ABOUT A YEAR, BUT THEY'RE, THEY'RE FINALLY THERE AND NOW THEY'RE READY TO MOVE THEIR TENTATIVE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PLAN FOR THEY.

UH, DO YOU KNOW IF THERE'S BEEN ANY, UH, UH, REMIT WITH THE NEIGHBORS AND THEY STILL HAVE THE DANGEROUS ASSERTION THAT THE MR. SILVER SIGNED ORIGINALLY LIMITING THEM TO 48 UNITS AND CERTAIN SETBACKS AND SOME OTHER REQUIREMENTS? I DON'T, I DON'T KNOW THEM ALL, BUT, UM, AND AS FAR AS I KNOW THE PLAN COMPLIES WITH THAT DEED RESTRICTION AT THIS POINT, I THINK GALMAN HAD ASKED TO CHANGE THE DEED RESTRICTION AT ONE POINT TO HAVE A COUPLE MORE UNITS, I THINK GO TO 52 OR 50 UNITS.

UM, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT DISCUSSION WAS.

ALL I KNOW IS I WAS TOLD WE'RE STICKING WITH A 48 AND PLEASE MOVE THIS PLAN FORWARD.
