SO, UH, I SUBMITTED TWO APPLICATIONS ON BEHALF OF UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP ON JANUARY 21ST.

UM, IT WAS BROKEN INTO TWO APPLICATIONS BECAUSE WE HAVE A TOTAL OF 43 HOMES THAT WERE INTERESTED AND COMMITTED TO THE BUYOUT PROGRAM.

PEMA HAD SUGGESTED WE PUT THEM INTO TWO APPLICATIONS BECAUSE UPON APPROVAL IT'S EASIER TO MANAGE TWO APPLICATIONS.

UM, IN APPLICATION NUMBER ONE, WE HAVE 22 HOMES, WHICH WERE ALL DECLARED SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED.

AND THAT APPLICATION IS ABOUT $9.5 MILLION.

AND THAT INCLUDES ALL COSTS, YOU KNOW, PURCHASE PRICE, CLOSING COSTS, UM, DEMOLITION LEGAL, IT COVERS EVERYTHING CONTINGENCY MANAGEMENT COST APPLICATION.

NUMBER TWO WAS 21 HOMES, ALSO ALL SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED HOMES THAT IS ALSO ANOTHER $9.5 MILLION.

SO IT'S ABOUT A $19 MILLION, UH, BETWEEN THE TWO PROJECTS.

AND THEN THERE'S A THIRD APPLICATION WHICH WAS SUBMITTED JUST FOR ONE HOME.

UH, IT WAS ONE 15 WALNUT STREET THAT WAS SUBMITTED IN FEBRUARY.

THEY KIND OF CAME INTO THE GAME A LITTLE BIT LATE.

SO, YOU KNOW, THE TOWNSHIP WAS VERY KIND TO SAY, YOU KNOW, JUST SUBMIT ANOTHER APPLICATION THAT WAS $228,000.

UM, SO IT'S ABOUT A 19,200,000 PROJECT.

IT COULD BE A LITTLE BIT MORE BASED ON PAYMENTS ADJUSTMENT OF THE BUDGETS.

UM, SO I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH PIMA A LOT SINCE THE MISSION OF THE APPLICATIONS, JUST TO CROSS ALL THE T'S DOT, ALL THE I'S, UM, THINGS THAT THEY CAN'T READ, THINGS THAT WERE NOT ATTACHED, JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THE APPLICATIONS WERE BASICALLY PERFECT TO GO TO FEMA, UH, PAYMENT HAS MADE THE RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE ALL THE APPLICATIONS TO FEMA.

FEMA HAS THE APPLICATIONS NOW ARE CURRENTLY REVIEWING THE APPLICATIONS.

UH, PIMA SAID THAT IT SHOULD TAKE FEMA APPROXIMATELY 90 DAYS STARTING FROM APRIL 1ST TO REVIEW THE APPLICATIONS AND A DECISION WOULD BE FORTHCOMING BY ABOUT AUGUST.

AND THEN FROM THERE, WE WERE LOOKING AT HOPEFULLY RECEIVING GRANT DOCUMENTS SOMETIME IN THE EARLY FALL.

SO WE'RE, HOPEFULLY THIS I'D BE VERY PLEASED WITH FEMA IF THEY CAN STAY ON THIS TIMELINE.

WHAT IS CALLED A FINAL OFFER? THE FINAL OFFER IS LIKE A SALES AGREEMENT.

THIS IS WHAT WE'RE OFFERING YOU.

I'M NOT EVEN THINKING ABOUT SUMMER UNTIL SUMMER OF 2023.

SO NORMALLY IN THESE PROGRAMS, THE MINUTE I KNOW THE GRANT AGREEMENTS ARE COMING, I ASKED FOR AN ADVANCEMENT.

FEMA WILL ALLOW A 50% ADVANCE ON EVERY GRANT.

SO I COULD ASK FOR 4.7, 470, NO, I'M SORRY TO DO THE MATH $4.7 MILLION ON EACH PROJECT THAT THEY WILL DEPOSIT IN OUR BANK THAT USUALLY TAKES ABOUT 60 DAYS TO GET.
