AND HE WILL HIT A POINT TO WHERE HE WILL, IF HE TRIES TO PUT MORE THAN 50% OF THE VALUE BACK INTO THE HOUSE, HE'S GOT AN ELEVATE THE HOUSE OR ASK FOR A VARIANCE.

AND I THINK THAT'S ONE OF THE VARIANCES HE'S ASKING FOR, IS TO BE, IS TO BE RELIEVED FROM THAT CONDITION BECAUSE THE COST OF THIS IMPROVEMENT WOULD PUT HIM ABOVE 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE HOUSE, BUT HE'S ALSO A TWIN.

SO RAISING THE HOUSES IS A LITTLE BIT MORE OF A CHALLENGE THAN IT WOULD BE IF IT'S JUST A REGULAR SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE.

THE BASICALLY BRING IT BACK TO LIVERPOOL AND THEN PUT THE ADDITIONAL ONE IN AND MAKE IT BETTER.

SO ALL THAT IS EXCEEDING THE 50%.
